Applied Data Systems Inc. has been providing CAFM and IWMS services for over 30 years.  As part of its mission to provide ADSI clients the most comprehensive solutions, the company became an ARCHIBUS business partner in 1986.   The core team brings over 200 years of facilities management and CAFM experience across multiple industries and disciplines. 

The company has strategically located offices to provide its clients superior support across the globe.  Headquartered outside of Minneapolis, ADSI has branch offices in Orlando, Philadelphia, Louisville and Washington DC. ​

Philosophy

ADSI recognizes its clients know their business and that CAFM and IWMS exist to support and enforce their specific business processes and workflow rules.

The ADSI team knows there isn't a one-size-fits-all CAFM/IWMS solution.  The process begins with building an in-depth understanding of each organization's business processes, with a focus on providing comprehensive facility management solutions – not just software.    The goal is for clients  to acquire, operate, maintain, and dispose of facility capital assets for the lowest overall cost and the highest return on investment.

Scale

The company understands the scale of its client’s facilities.  For example, ADSI:

• Serves a client with 225 buildings, spread-out over 187 square miles with 400 technicians handling 5,000 work orders during the school year and a peak of 8,000 work orders during summer maintenance.
• Has a client that manages the distribution, use and recovery of 191,600 computers, Think Pads and Lenovo’s for a school district with over 185,000 students.
• Hosts a global client with facilities in the US, The Philippines, China, India, and across Europe.  There is never a moment when at least one office is connected during normal business hours
• Has multiple clients with lease portfolios of over 1,000 leases, the largest being over 2,000 leases.
