FM information systems exist to support and enforce the business processes and workflow rules of organizations. ADSI combines its customer’s knowledge of their own business with years of its own experience and technical expertise to develop and implement facility management solutions that works for them.
ADSI’s approach to training is to teach each person to use the software to do his or her job. This task-based training may take ten minutes or a few hours depending on the person, their job and the software. The company provides flexible training that can be held on-site, off-site or online. Knowledge retention is augmented with the use of a robust help menu from ARCHIBUS.
Data Migration & Integration
Most organizations have islands of information that exist in spreadsheets, hard copy or reside in other software applications. ADSI bridges that information so it can be shared efficiently throughout the organization.
Integration is achieved with off-the-shelf solutions or through the development of applications from the ground up. ADSI’s clients successfully process data between ARCHIBUS and AutoCAD, BIM, ESRI, SAP, Lawson, Workday, PeopleSoft and other applications.
ADSI's IWMS/CAFM implementation services turn recommendations into action. The company provides a detailed implementation plan, clearly identifying schedules, pricing, milestones and deliverables. Understanding that cost, timeline and functionality are an organization’s top FM priorities, ADSI clearly outlines each step and ensures customers' expectations are met on time and on budget. The extensive expertise of ADSI project managers enables them to foresee and overcome obstacles to keep projects on track.
Proficiency using a new software application takes time. No matter how much training and documentation is received, there are times when help is needed. ADSI offers several levels of support packages, so clients only pay for the level of support they need. Support is available via phone, email, WebEx, or on-site. ADSI’s support team has an in-depth knowledge of ARCHIBUS and custom enhancements. In many cases, they have helped deploy a client’s application, making them immediately familiar with the nuances of that organization’s unique CAFM solution.
As a vertical market cloud hosting provider since 1996, ADSI entered the fourth year of it’s SOC 2 Audit in 2024.
In 2020 ADSI underwent its SOC 2 Type 1 Audit followed by SOC 2 Type 2 Audits in 2021, 2022 and May, 2023. In addition, ADSI adds HIPPA as part of it’s auditing process.
